We hope that things continue to get back to normal for you, as it slowly starts to seem that way for us. The busyness and hustle of the spring and summer are setting in. More people are getting out, talking about travel and vacations, and spending more time with friends and family. We’re seeing clients beginning to hire and returning to the office for the first time since the pandemic started, which is exciting. With more and more people getting vaccinated and more groups of people becoming eligible for the vaccine, we hope things continue inching toward whatever this new normal will look like. I have to assume it will be a new hybrid workforce with work from home options and “go to the office” diehards. I fall into the latter category; I just can’t focus as much at home.
Along those lines, remember we can take your entire benefits program online if that makes sense for you and your employees. We’re happy to help you explore paperless options and going all digital. This has proved extremely helpful for many of our clients who are still 100% working from home. Having a digital onboarding and enrollment system has exponentially improved enrollment. It helps eliminate back-and-forth emailing, scanning, and dotting i’s, and crossing t’s. In an enrollment system, you aren’t allowed to truly “complete” an enrollment until everything has been entered in. We are now using the Ease system, a safe, secure, and efficient online onboarding platform.
